Vancouver, February 26 – Steadyhand Investment Management Ltd. (“Steadyhand”), manager of the Steadyhand Investment Funds, announced today a change in the risk rating of the Steadyhand Founders Fund. The level of risk attributed to the Steadyhand Founders Fund has been lowered from “Medium to High” to “Medium”. This change aims to more accurately reflect the fund’s actual risk levels. No changes have been made to the investment objectives, strategies or management of this fund.
The change to the risk rating has been reflected in the simplified prospectus of the fund filed with Canadian securities regulators.
