If you are transferring a locked-in registered plan, you have the envious task of completing another form. Sorry, this one's out of our control.
Along with your Transfer Form (and your RSP or RIF Application form, if you are opening a new account), please complete the corresponding LOCKED-IN TRANSFER ADDENDUM from the list below for the jurisdiction and type of locked-in plan you are transferring.
